Carole's Ultimate Facercise DVD

I just recently received my copy of Carole's Ultimate Facercise DVD and boy is it ever interesting. I have trained with Carole in the past and have my own cassette tape, which I love. But the new DVD is really different and I feel my lips and face seem a little fuller already. Carole utilizes visualization techniques, as well as resistance. However, this new DVD with new exercises as well as some familiar ones really seems to use the body differently in order to achieve your personal goals. The Superset is awesome and great for those days when you just don't have a lot of time ~ eight minutes and you're done! I will be posting new photos after I've been using the new DVD for several months.

  1. I discovered Facercise after I recovered from facial palsy and used it to re-stimulate my face through exercise. I had such great results that I decided to give Carole Maggio’s skincare line a try. I figured if her facial exercised could work wonders for the way my face felt then her skincare line may have equal benefits to my complexion. She uses her product and her skin looks amazing so I thought it was worth investigating.

I have always had combination skin and never found a product that would help control my oily T-Zone. She recommended her oily skin package to me. After about a week of using these products, I no longer had to keep powdering my nose every hour or reapplying my foundation to my oily areas throughout the day. At night I used her Retinal Renewal Conditioner which has revitalized my skin and given me back my youthful glow. In the morning I use the High Density “C” and EGF Repair Serum before I apply sunscreen and makeup. Even with my combination skin, these products don’t make my skin oily. Actually my skin has never felt softer and more hydrated than it does now even through the frigid winter we have been having.

I have such sensitive skin and allergies that I normally can’t use skincare product that contain heavy exfoliants or fragrances. I haven’t had any problems with her products as far as sensitivity or bothering my sinuses. I think it is because all of the ingredients in her products are natural and don’t contain weird chemicals and perfumes and they are gentle enough for me to use every day. I am happy to say that after years of wasting time and money searching for a perfect skincare line, I have finally found one that works for me.

  2. I have had the pleasure of using Carole Maggio's skincare products and her facial excercises for four years....just in the nick of time! My face is rushing towards age 65 and the results have been wonderful. I have had problems over the years with skin products causing my face to break out. I haven't had an single blemish in four years. I love how soft and firm my face feels. My daughter has especially noticed how clear and even my skin color has become.

My face feels revitalized every time I go through the facial exercises. I put the Facercise CD on my MP3 player so I can shut myself in the bathroom and exercise to my heart's content without fear of being watched! And, I can also stick it in my purse and take it along when we travel. I have just received the Ultimate Facercise DVD but haven't had the time to get into it yet. Reading other comments about it here, now I MUST take the time. It will be fun to have a change.

As I go along, I really try to perfect technique as best as I can. I am zeroing in on the facial mitts right now. I have both the beauty mitt and more recently bought the bamboo facial mitt. Does one replace the other? Or do they have different purposes? I have been alternating them each day. But my big question is, is the mitt used very gently on the face or do you put some pressure on it? I do make the long "O" so my skin does not stretch. I also lift my chin to the ceiling to keep my neck skin from stretching as I do wonders on it! Any hints would be appreciated!

  3. I have the facercise DVD and want to know if you can to just certain excerises instead of the whole thing. There are certain areas that I want to concentrate on, like my neck, nose and lips?
