Carole's Ultimate Facercise DVD

I just recently received my copy of Carole's Ultimate Facercise DVD and boy is it ever interesting. I have trained with Carole in the past and have my own cassette tape, which I love. But the new DVD is really different and I feel my lips and face seem a little fuller already. Carole utilizes visualization techniques, as well as resistance. However, this new DVD with new exercises as well as some familiar ones really seems to use the body differently in order to achieve your personal goals. The Superset is awesome and great for those days when you just don't have a lot of time ~ eight minutes and you're done! These are my photos to show my face throughout the years using Carole Maggio's wonderful Facercise program. I was pretty depressed when I found her book and started performing the exercises on my own. I was 41, a new mom and was starting to see a much older person staring back at me in mirror aftering losing my last 10 lbs. from my pregnancy. Although I was thrilled being an older mom, I certainly didn't want to look old or God forbid ~ like my son's grandma. Facercise saved my face and my sanity! I could now take control of my face's destiny without drastic measures like plastic surgery, chemical peels, lasers or Botox. Facercise helped me feel young and vibrant again and on top of the world.
